Authentic cuisine

Our emphasis is on good food and authentic cooking. We offer an excellent 4-course menu every day, using seasonal produce, quality ingredients and comforting recipes. Our jams are homemade, the bread is prepared by our chef and we try to use local produce as much as possible, for a high-quality breakfast buffet as well as a great dining experience.

Breakfast: served between 7am and 10am in our restaurant or in your room (weekends: 7.30am-10am)
Evening meal: every day our chef offers you a delicious 4-course menu, depending on the arrival of fresh market produce. We welcome you to our hotel restaurant Elise every evening from 7pm to 8pm. We are happy to personalise the menu for special diets or allergies by offering alternatives.

Our Restaurant opens every day at 19.00. With great pleasure we also welcome you at our restaurant if you do not stay at our hotel.

Salon Bleu

Give yourself a treat and take a timeout with your entire family and we will reserve exclusively for you our salon bleu. Up to approx. 20 Persons can be accommodated and can enjoy a private get together.
You are looking for a quiet place to concentrate, to be creative and to be together? The hotel Masson is the perfect inspiring place for smaller seminar groups up to 15 persons. Our Salon bleu with views over the Lac Leman is the ideal place for smaller meeting groups. Beamer and flipchart are provided.

Is there something better to finish your day on our terrace or in our garden watching the water of the lake? Our bar offers breathtaking views over the lake. You can witness the sun dropping into the lake, leaving a festival of colors in the sky.
